Arctic Perspectives IV: How to ensure that the Arctic remains strong, resilient and free in today's changing geopolitical context.
21. January 2025 16.00 - 18.00
Arctic Perspectives is a series of four events aimed at in-depth exploration of critical Arctic issues through thoughtful, expert-led conversations, organized in partnership between the Embassy of Canada to the Kingdom of Denmark and the Danish Foreign Policy Society.
For the fourth and final session, we invite you to join us for an in-depth discussion moderated by Danish journalist Martin Breum. This session will focus on how to ensure that the Arctic remains strong, resilient and free in today's changing geopolitical context. Speakers will, among other things, focus on the potential for enhanced collaboration between Canada and the Kingdom of Denmark, including Greenland. Speakers will also outline ways to mitigate the impact that current and emerging defense and security threats to the Arctic have on the people who live in the region and who now find themselves at the frontlines of geopolitical competition.
