SEMINAR: EU’s budget for the future (In English)

5. december 2019 kl. 8.30 - 11.00 CET

**REGISTRATION IS NECESSARY IN FORM BELOW**

By the end of the year, the EU will have settled an agreement for the EU’s multiannual budget for the future (2021-2027). This budget for the next 8 years will set the financial framework for innovation, the economy, infrastructure, the environment and geopolitics within the Union.

How important is the investment perspective of EU’s budget for the future? How can European value be added as key factor for competitiveness & cohesion in the EU member states?

In collaboration with the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Copenhagen.

The Polish Embassy in Copenhagen and The Danish Foreign Policy Society are gathering experts and politicians to look into the perspectives for the member states as well as for the climate politics. The aim of the discussion is to look at the European budget from its investments perspective – potential for new projects, the role of cohesion instruments with Poland as a case, and new initiatives. Where are the potential partners? How can we  jointly reach the European values added by pursuing new political goals, in particular the green agenda.
